PPC has developed a line of pre-engineered factory built precipitators for use on processes with gas flows to 30,000 ACFM. They are specifically designed to minimize field installation cost. These pre-engineered units are suitable for a wide range of processes such as boilers, dryers, etc. Special features include conservative aspect ratios and low unit rapping of collecting plates (approximately 3 1/2%) per rap to insure no puffing during operation. These precipititators are completely factory assembled, pre-wired and pre-insulated with pre-engineered support steel and many other features to assure maximum performance at minimum "in place" cost. Operating power is less than 25 kw for a typical 25,000 ACFM gas stream operating at 95% efficiency.
